South East Central Railway Bilaspur Apprentice 2nd merit list 2022: Apprenticeship was out on 432 posts for ITI pass students on behalf of SECR Bilaspur, for the first time the 1st Merit list was issued on 10 Sep for Document Verification, after which many candidates be absent. In SECR Bilaspur, the 2nd merit list has been issued due to vacant Apprentice Seats. The cut-off of SECR Bilaspur is going to be seen as less than the 1st merit list.
