Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed 10th class (secondary) from RBSE/CBSE or equivalent board.
- Along with this, candidates must have ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) or NAC in the relevant trade.
- Final year ITI students are also eligible, but they have to submit proof of completion of their studies at the time of document verification.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- RVUN: 18 – 31 years
- JVVN/AVVN/JdVVN: 18 – 30 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and female candidates as per government rules.

- General/OBC/Other-State Candidates: ₹1000
- SC/ST/EWS/MBC/PwBD/Saharia Candidates: ₹500
Selection Process
The recruitment process will be conducted in the following stages:
- Preliminary Exam (CBT) – Qualifying in nature
- 100 questions, 90 minutes, no negative marking.
- Mains Exam (CBT) – Final merit will be based on this stage
- 150 questions, 120 minutes, negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer.
- Document Verification – Candidates must produce all original documents for verification.

Salary & Pay Scale
- During Probation Period: ₹13,500 per month stipend.
- After Confirmation: ₹19,200 per month + allowances as per Level-4 Pay Matrix.
