Application and Merit List 2025
The NWR online application filled for the 1791 apprentice posts concluded on December 10, 2024. Nowadays, NWR Jaipur published the merit list PDF, which shortlists candidates based on their academic and ITI performance. Document Verification Time Table
The document verification (DV) process is scheduled from June 10, 2025, to June 19, 2025. Candidates must present original documents, including educational certificates, ITI certificates, and identity proof, to confirm their eligibility.
Required Documents
- Disability/Ex-Serviceman Certificate (if applicable)
- Candidates who applied under the Persons with Disability (PwD) or Ex-Serviceman (Ex-SM) category must bring the original certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Include a self-attested photocopy of the certificate.
- Educational Certificates
- Original documents:
- 10th standard mark sheet and certificate.
- ITI mark sheet and certificate.
- Any additional relevant educational certificates.
- Self-attested photocopies of all original educational documents.
- Original documents:
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Original caste certificate issued by the Central Government (latest and valid).
- Self-attested photocopy of the caste certificate.
- Note: Certificates issued by the State Government are not valid.

- Six recent passport-size colored photographs with the candidate’s name and registration number written on the back of each.

- A plain sheet of paper with the following details:
- Full name of the candidate.
- Father’s name.
- Date of birth.
- Mobile number.
- Registration number.
- Two permanent physical identification marks (excluding moles).
- Note: These marks will be verified during the medical examination, so ensure they are permanent.

- If there are errors in any documents or incorrect information was entered during the online application, candidates must provide an affidavit on a ₹50 stamp paper.
- Submit the affidavit during document verification to address discrepancies.
