Eastern Railway Apprentice Mode of Selection 2024
Eastern Railway will select candidates for training slots based on their academic merit.
Specifically:
- Merit Calculation: The merit score for each candidate will be the average of their percentage marks in Matriculation (with a minimum of 50%) and their ITI examination.
- Equal Weightage: Both Matriculation and ITI marks will be given equal importance in determining the final merit score.
For example – If a candidate secured 80.58% marks in Matriculation examination and 91.68% marks in ITI, then the marks considered for selection will be ½ [80.58 + 91.68] = 86.13.
RRC ER Apprentice Document Verification 2025: Requirements
- 10 copies of the photographs uploaded by you while filling the online application.
- 2 copies of the following documents self attested or attested by a Gazetted Officer and their original copies.
- Admit Card, Mark Sheet, Certificate of Secondary Examination and Certificate of ITI Examination.
- Copy of Online Application Form.
- Caste certificate/Community certificate as per reservation claimed at the time of applying online, if any.
- Voter Identity Card (Both sides).
- Aadhar Card (Both sides).
- PAN Card (Both sides).
- Candidates are also advised to submit the above mentioned documents in 2 (two) sets, i.e. each set will contain one copy of all the above mentioned documents.
- One Medical Certificate
