CITS Admission 2025 – List of Required Documents
Candidates selected for admission under Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) 2025 are required to bring the following original documents along with a set of self-attested photocopies during the admission and reporting process:
Mandatory Documents:
- Admission Allotment Letter – Printout of the seat allotment or admission confirmation letter.
- Medical Fitness Certificate – Issued by a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) or a registered MBBS doctor (must be recent).
- Educational Certificates and Mark Sheets – Including:
- 10th (Matriculation)
- 12th (if applicable)
- ITI/CTS, Diploma, or B.Tech (as per eligibility criteria)
- Aadhaar Card – Valid government-issued identity proof.
- Passport Size Photographs – Four (04) recent color photographs.
Category-Specific Documents (If Applicable):
- EWS Certificate – Must be issued by the Tehsildar or District Magistrate (DM) office in the latest format.
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) – Should be in the Government of India format and issued within the last 3 years.
- PWD Certificate – Required for candidates applying under the Person with Disability (PH) category.
- Ex-Servicemen Certificate – For candidates claiming reservation under the ex-servicemen quota.
