Ordnance Factory Recruitment Salary 2025
The basic salary of Ordnance Factory vacancy is ₹ 19,900 + DA.
Important Notice:
- The pay to the laborer will be equal to 1/30th of the basic pay of the relevant pay scale, plus dearness allowance for working 8 hours per day.
- Proportionate deduction will be made for unauthorized leave/absence from duty.
- Employed personnel will be eligible for company holidays at par with regular employees.
- Central Dearness Allowance will be applicable.
- House rent allowance may apply as per the classification of cities (when company quarters are not available).
- An annual increment of 3% (rounded off to the next ten rupees only) on basic pay will be admissible during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance.
